再起動がどのタイミングでかかるかである程度原因が特定できます。Windowsの起動画面までいくならWindowsの問題で、メーカーのロゴが出てすぐに再起動するならパーツの故障だと思います。

その場合単純にOSが入っていないだけなので、Windwosをインストールしてみてください
